Hope everyone had a great 4th if July holiday!
I picked up a new book last week called WordPress for Dummies. I know zip about the platform I’m using here for our blog so I figured It’s time to learn something about it. If you are at all interested in blogging or if you want to build a web site using WordPress (yes you can build a web site with or without a blog using WordPress) I highly recommend WordPress for Dummies.
I’ll be tweaking this site this week so if you visit the site and it’s not working right or disappears altogether, you’ll know I did something wrong (I love playing around with code). I want to ad categories, links and alike to make the site more useful. I also want to ad static pages (looks like a normal web page) to cover How-To projects and some other things.
Did I mentioned in the book, WordPress for Dummies, they have a section on understanding PHP code. It’s very basic but it enough to demystify the PHP code when your reading it.
